The next around of mini-projects will be dun on Tuesday, November 24th at the end of the class period. There are two; one small drawing practicing using the grid method to get proportions correct and one collage with emphasis on content (something recognizable).
On Tuesday 11/24, students will begin their first larger assignment. Their theme will be Artists Observe. Students will draw or collage using a picture or object to look at while creating their art. They will find or print a picture or bring an object from outside class. Students will be able to use any (or all!) of the techniques we've talked about so far; drawing with different kinds of shading and/or different collage styles.
