ELA end of year

*No new metalogs or reading records due
*All IMC materials due back FRIDAY, MAY 31
*Thursday, June 6th is the last day with dismissal at 12:30- teachers have a mandatory meeting after this, so students will not be able to stay after school that day. 
*Any student wanting to take care of missing work or re-do assignments in and effort to improve their grade are encouraged to meet with Mrs. Rogness to schedule a time in advance. 
*Please check at home for any classroom books (should be labeled) as well as IMC materials.  Thank you!

Superhero Run Fundraiser 5/17

*Information packets were sent home with students on 5/3


  • All students will participate on Friday, May 17 during school hours
  • Students are welcome to dress in their favorite superhero attire
  • All students are encouraged to collect pledges/donations
  • Pledges can be made per lap or as a flat donation
  • Credit card pledges and donations can also be made- see packet for the link
  • All donations will be collected by the participant and are due no later than May 23rd to the office
  • Laps will be logged by members of the PAD Parents Club, teachers, and classroom volunteers
  • Parent volunteers are needed
  • Families can come to cheer on your runner (6th grade runs at 11:30)
  • All proceeds from the event will be used to fund technology needs or other programming needs at the Poynette Elementary and Middle School

Annual 6th Grade Track Meet 5/22

The annual 6th grade track meet will be Wednesday, May 22 starting at 12:45. Come cheer on your 6th graders 12:45-2:45! If you are interested in volunteering to help with an event, please email Morgan Serstad- msers@poynette.k12.wi.us. No experience is necessary and we love the extra help with timing and measuring!
