This week we took a quiz on the plant parts and their functions and started planning our plant projects. Students were able to choose however they wanted to present their project and then come up with the requirements and grading rubric for their project. They have been hard at work this week!
Assignments due this week:
- Monocot/Dicot packet-worked on in class Due Tuesday
- Quiz on Flower parts and functions-in class on Tuesday
- Continuous work on project planning-in class all week
Next week in Science:
Next week we will be working hard on our projects. Please ask your students about their project choice and if they need any materials that can't be supplied by the school. I encourage students to use materials from school or things already at home rather than buying materials, but it is up to you and your student to decide what to use.
Assignments Due next week:
- Students will get four days in class to work on projects. I will be checking in with them on their progress. Some may need to do some work at home.
