Field Trip Permission Slip

Please watch for a bright orange permission slip to come home today or tomorrow.  We will be going to the Science Festival at the UW-Madison campus on Friday, November 3rd.  We will be looking for as many chaperones as possible so we can explore the exhibits in small groups.  If you are interested in being a chaperone, please contact the school office to apply.  After several years, you must re-apply, so it would be a good idea to make sure your paperwork is current.

We need the permission slips back by October 3rd, but the sooner the better!
Thanks!

Also- please continue to remind your child about bringing home the handbook signature form and the medical form that they should have received from their homeroom teacher.  Both forms must be signed and returned to the office.  We appreciate your help with these important forms!
