Hello 3rd quarter art students and families!
We began the quarter learning and discovering a lot about the Elements and Principles of Design. We will continue this theme throughout the quarter (it's assessment standard 2!).

Now we are applying the Elements and Principles to mini-projects. Today, students finished drawing 3 forms with one light source using 3 different kinds of value. Tomorrow, we will move on a grid drawing; a method of drawing that helps keeps proportions accurate.
